Kristin Hesse is a dynamic and results-oriented executive serving as Chief Executive Officer of Safe Secure Stored, a leading provider of comprehensive third-party management services for self-storage owners and operators. Based in Austin, Texas, Kristin brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and portfolio growth in the self-storage sector.
Under Kristin’s leadership, the company delivers tailored management solutions—including revenue management, marketing, staffing, technology integration, tenant relations, and ancillary income strategies—to help independent owners, investors, and developers maximize net operating income (NOI) and asset value. Her approach combines data-driven pricing, innovative digital marketing, and hands-on operational expertise to transform underperforming facilities into high-performing assets, often in secondary and tertiary markets. Kristin has been instrumental in scaling third-party portfolios while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.
Jim Comeaux
Partner / President of Facilities
Jim Comeaux is a seasoned senior executive and operator in the self-storage industry, with deep expertise in facility management, development, and operational optimization. Based in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area, he has a proven history of owning, managing, and expanding self-storage facilities while driving revenue growth through strategic site development and innovative storage solutions.
Jim is a Partner in Safe Secure Stored (since 2013) and holds ownership and leadership roles in multiple storage entities, including Co-Owner of Crestway Storage & Parking LLC (since 2017) and Owner of Taylor Storage and Parking, LLC (since 2014). In these capacities, he oversees day-to-day facility management, site development, P&L responsibility, maintenance, and operational efficiency to ensure high-performing, secure, and profitable self-storage operations.
Amanda Issac
Director of Operations
Amanda Issac is a detail-driven operations leader with more than seven years of experience in the self-storage industry. As Director of Operations for Safe Secure Stored, a provider of full-service third-party management for self-storage owners and operators, she works alongside CEO Kristin Hesse and industry veteran Jim Comeaux to turn the company’s strategy into consistent, high-performing day-to-day operations across its managed portfolio.
Drawing on her years in the industry, Amanda oversees the systems and processes behind each facility’s success, including staffing and training, technology integration, tenant relations, compliance, and performance reporting. She helps facilities run smoothly, keeps service standards consistent from site to site, and makes sure every property is set up to maximize net operating income (NOI) and long-term asset value. With a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, Amanda supports owners, investors, and teams as the portfolio grows.
